As part of this transition, we have served notice to Advance Block Management (ABM), terminating their role as the acting agent for The Gatehaus. While some aspects of the transition may take a little longer to complete, we kindly ask that you cancel any payment demands from ABM going forward.

We will be setting up your new service account and will directly invoice you for service charges, insurance, and any arrears. Please note that service charge collections will now be managed by The Gatehaus RTM Company Ltd.
