About Us

The Gatehaus, Bradford BD1 is an eleven-floor residential glass building next two smaller building, located in Bradford, West Yorkshire, England.

Developed by Asquith Properties, its construction began in 2005 and was completed in May 2007 at a total cost of £22 million. The building consists of 142 apartments with one to three bedrooms and has won several awards, including "Building of the Year" at the Bradford District Design Awards.

Originally proposed as a 17-storey building, its height was reduced to 35m to match the Victorian structures in the area.

The Gatehaus offers modern living spaces and is well situated for a range of amenities, transport links, shops, and leisure facilities in the city center. It provides affordable living options in Bradford and is a notable landmark in the area.

It is managed as RTM, under The Gatehaus RTM Company Ltd since July 2022 and appointed Advance Block Management as an agent to manage the Gatehaus Complex.
