Car park access is only available to residents who hold a parking bay. You should not use the car park as a means of entering the building. No parking is available for guests or contractors. However, we are aware that you can rent a parking bay from the boulders/leaseholders if it’s available. Parking without a permit will result in a penalty charge notice and clamping.
We have CCTV cameras throughout the development to protect our assets and prevent crimes.
You can only park at Gatehaus if you have a valid parking permit. Not all flats come with parking, so please check with your landlord or agent to see if you have a parking bay. If you have a bay, you must park in the designated area and display your permit; otherwise, you will be liable for a penalty charge notice. We have a parking enforcement team in place, and they will issue penalty charge notices if parking rules are breached. Please note that we will not be involved in any appeal process related to these notices.
Please note that we do not have temporary permits in operation. To obtain a parking permit, speak to your landlord or agent to inquire about parking availability with your flat. You can also post a message on the WhatsApp group to see if anyone has parking space for rental, make sure you are renting from the leaseholder for the parking space. The owner of the parking space pays close to £1400 per year it is up to the owners what they wish to do with their parking space.
If there is a parking bay associated with your flat, proof of ownership of the parking bay will be required, as stated in the lease. If you are renting parking they may not be included in your tenancy please check this with your landlord or agent.
In the event that you have a parking bay but do not possess a permit, you can apply for one at a cost of £30. Once your application has been verified, you will be notified when the permit is ready for collection from the security office. It can take up to 5 days to get permit, during that period you will not be able to park at the bay and you will still be liable for penalty charge notice.
