Effective 17th January 2025, The Gatehaus RTM Company Ltd has officially taken over the management of The Gatehaus, Bradford BD1.

As part of this transition:

  • We have terminated the services of Advance Block Management (ABM).

  • ABM is no longer authorised to act on behalf of The Gatehaus.

  • DO NOT make any payments to Advance Block Management.


🧾 Service Charge Accounts & Key Fob Access

It is essential that your service charge account is correctly set up to:

  • Access the building

  • Obtain or renew key fobs

  • Receive important communication

Your service charge is managed and collected by The Gatehaus RTM Company Ltd.

  • Contact us to activate your account.

  • Payments must be made promptly to avoid late fees or legal action.

  • We use MyBlockman, a secure portal to view statements and payment history.


🏠 (LEASEHOLDER) How do I pay for insurance?

Insurance charges are included in your service charge invoice from The Gatehaus RTM Co. Ltd.
No payment should be made to ABM.


🧾 (LEASEHOLDER) Who do I pay ground rent to?

Ground rent is collected by the freeholder’s agent:

📬 Where are the Post Rooms?

Post rooms are located in GH1 and GH2.

  • Access is key code–controlled and monitored via CCTV.


🗑️ Where is the Bin/Refuse Area?

Located on the Upper Level of the Car Park.

  • Household waste only – no furniture or bulky items.

  • The area is under 24/7 CCTV surveillance.

  • Dumping rubbish may result in fines or prosecution.
